Hair by JS General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded between Hair by JS and its customers via the website.

1. Order

All orders placed on our website imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase has been validated.

2. Price and payment

The prices displayed on our website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery charges are additional and will be shown before order confirmation. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

3. Delivery

We deliver our products in France and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen delivery method. Hair by JS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cancellation and returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

5. Warranty

Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with legal provisions.

6. Responsibility

Hair by JS cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase of products on our site.
