Return and refund policy:

In accordance with Article L 221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within fourteen days of receiving the package. Beyond 14 days after receipt of the package, we cannot accept a refund.

To make a return under your right of withdrawal, you must send your request via WhatsApp message to our customer service department at the following number: +33 7 44 40 12 40

A refund can only be issued if the deadline is met (up to 14 days after receipt), the product is not consumed/used, and the entire order is returned in its original condition.

The seller reserves the right to refuse the return or refund if the return conditions are not met.

Personalized Items:

We inform you that in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for items with personalisations or made to order and/or according to the instructions of the customer.

Since all wigs are made to order with personalisation (excluding the Ready to Ship collection), the remote buyer does not have the possibility of withdrawing once the order has been placed.

For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the product, NO exchanges or refunds are accepted on this type of item. Therefore, we recommend that you order carefully, read the product description thoroughly, contact us if necessary, and double-check your choices.

If you damage your wig, we are not responsible and the product will not be exchanged or refunded.

If you receive an incorrect or defective personalized item, HAIRBYJS will gladly compensate you or refund the amount of your order. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping will be at the buyer's expense. By clearly stating your complaint

Please attach the following supporting documents to the email: photos/videos, delivery slip...

Sale Items:

Only items at full price are eligible for a refund. Sale items, items purchased on promotion, or items purchased with a promotional code are not refundable.

Delivery and Hand Collection:

HAIRBYJS is not responsible for delays, losses or thefts of parcels committed by the Post Office Colissimo.
Since each package is insured, your refund will be paid 21 working days after the dispute has been opened with the carrier and once they have made a decision.

Any order collected directly on site by hand delivery must be checked on site by the customer upon collection.
If the customer refuses to check their order on site, HAIRBYJS
HAIRBYJS cannot be held responsible for any damage or defects observed after the order has left our possession. Once the order has left our hands, no claim or legal action can be taken against HAIRBYJS, which will be released from all liability regarding the order.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, the order is being processed. It is no longer possible to cancel or receive a refund after this point.
