Cancellation Policy

We understand that our customers' needs may change. That's why we offer you the option to cancel your order under certain conditions.

Cancellation Period

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase, provided that it has not yet been shipped. After this period or once the order has been taken over by our carrier, cancellation will no longer be possible.

How to cancel your order

Cancellation Processing

If your request is made within the deadline and the order has not yet been shipped, we will proceed with the cancellation and a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped at the time of your request, cancellation cannot be processed. In this case, we invite you to consult our refund policy, which specifies the conditions under which a return can be made.

Exceptions

Orders for personalized products, digital items, or hygiene products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
